DIRECT BILLING

Direct billing is available for your convenience with most insurance companies.

Be aware that if direct billing does not cover 100%, you will be required to pay the remaining portion at the time of your visit.

Debit, visa, mastercard, etransfer or cash are accepted for any amount not covered by insurance at the time of service. Receipts issued for any balances paid.

If you are covered under a second plan, I will direct bill for you when possible but please be aware that most insurance companies currently do not allow second billing. In this event, I will issue a receipt for you to submit to the second company for reimbursement.
